I live in Marilla, New York with my husband, Dan; our daughter, Vivienne; and our two dogs: Peanut and Lena. Whenever I’m not trying new Paleo recipes or reading up on new, beneficial therapies; I love to travel, hike, read, exercise, go to concerts, and photograph the journey all along the way. Don’t let all of the activity fool you; one of my favorite things to do is just sit on the porch with a cup of coffee and my family, or a trip to church to start my week on a good note.
